The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" (re Regulatory Policy, Payment for Public Utilities and Participation in Peace-Making Operations) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.4707) allocates extra funds in the amount of 100,0 million UAH due to the budget program "Provision of Participation in the International Peace-Making Operations" to the Ministry of Defence. The funds should be used for the financial provision of personnel - 20,0 million UAH; capital repairs of the helicopters Мі-8, Мі-24 - 80,0 million UAH.

Moreover, the Bill increases expenditures due to the budget program "Management and Administration in the Field of Regulatory Policy an Entrepreneurship" in the amount of 0,9 million UAH, and due to the budget program "Reserve Fund" in the amount of 300 million UAH.
